Refund Policy

At this time Slowelle LLC does not accept any returns and all sales are final. Any returns made to us will not be considered eligible for a refund.

If you have received a damaged product, it may be exchanged for the same item. Please send us an email at [email protected] and include an image of the damaged product, so we can evaluate the issue.

If you are making a return to exchange a product, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. This applies even if you have received free shipping on your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider purchasing a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. Without it, it is not guaranteed we will receive your product and Slowelle LLC are not held responsible if we never received the damaged product you have sent us.
